and around Kitzbühel, around the Wilder Kaiser, in the Brixental and up to the Pass Thurn are best prepared trails. There are trails to enjoy. Most are easy to walk without extreme slopes and descents. For a short break, there are numerous inns in the area. Skaters and classics alike are in Kitzbühel on their bill.

Illuminated and snow-covered sports track

At the Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee-Reith Golf Club (parking facilities) you will find the snow-covered and illuminated Kitzbüheler trails, first and foremost the Kitzbühel trail-flagship - the sports trail. Hobby runners from near and far are working on their condition and technique. But also profile runners such as the Kitzbühel brothers David Kreiner and Benjamin Kreiner (Austrian National Team in the Nordic Combined) can be found there. In addition to this 7.0-kilometer loop, there are also some shorter but varied variants available at the golf club. 3.3 km of the sports track are illuminated before dusk until 9.30 pm and can therefore also be used by the evening trainer. This 3.3-km variant is technically snow-covered in cooperation with the Kitzbühel Ski Club (K.S.C.) and is therefore extremely snow-sure - discover our snow report for Kitzbühel.

Snow-sure high altitude trail

The wonderful high altitude trail at Pass Thurn (1.274m above sea level) offers maximum snow reliability. Ski trails for skaters and classics are groomed from December to April. The high altitude track at Pass Thurn is easily reachable by ski bus or car.

Snow-sure trail Aschau near Kirchberg

A scenic and snow-sure trail can be found in Aschau near Kirchberg (1,020m above sea level). This trail is usually from December to April for classic skaters and used. Parking in front of Café Hochland.
